LYNETTE HOWELL TAYLOR
Lynette Howell Taylor runs the filmmaker-driven production company Electric City Entertainment alongside Jamie Patricof. Lynette has produced over 20 movies and documentaries over the past ten years. She is currently in post-production with Warner Bros. on The Accountant directed by Gavin O’Connor and starring Academy Award-winners Ben Affleck and JK Simmons among others.
Lynette most recently wrapped Captain Fantastic, written and directed by Matt Ross and starring Academy Award-nominee Viggo Mortensen which premiered at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival. Lynette also recently produced Tim Burton’s Big Eyes starring Amy Adams and Christoph Waltz, which The Weinstein Company released over Christmas 2014 to much award attention. Both stars were nominated for Golden Globes and Amy Adams won for Best Actress.
Also in 2014, Lynette produced Ryan Fleck and Anna Boden’s Mississippi Grind, starring Ryan Reynolds, Ben Mendelsohn, and Sienna Miller. Lynette recently produced Derek Cianfrance’s The Place Beyond the Pines starring Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper, and Eva Mendes. This is her second collaboration with Cianfrance, the first being Blue Valentine starring Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams in performances that garnered Golden Globe nominations for both actors, and an Oscar nomination for Michelle Williams.
Previously, Lynette produced Half Nelson, directed by Ryan Fleck and starring Ryan Gosling in a performance that garnered him a Best Actor Oscar nomination. Her other films include: Alex of Venice, Terri, On the Ice, Stephanie Daley, The Passage, Phoebe in Wonderland, The Greatest, An Invisible Sign of My Own, Shark Night 3D, and The Space Between.
Jamie Patricof is a co-founder of Electric City Entertainment, a production company based in Los Angeles.
Patricof just wrapped production on THE ZOOKEEPER’S WIFE for Focus Features, which is being directed by Niki Caro and stars Jessica Chastain. The film is an adaptation of the novel by Diane Ackerman.
His most recently released film, MISSISSIPPI GRIND, marked his third collaboration with filmmakers Ryan Fleck and Anna Boden. The film stars Ryan Reynolds, Ben Mendelsohn, and Sienna Miller and was released this past September, after premiering at Sundance in 2015.
In years prior, Patricof teamed up with The Weinstein Company to produce Tim Burton's BIG EYES, starring Amy Adams and Christoph Waltz. He collaborated with Derek Cianfrance to produce BLUE VALENTINE (2010) and THE PLACE BEYOND THE PINES (2012). BLUE starred Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams and was released by The Weinstein Company, where it went on to earn multiple Golden Globe nominations, as well as a Best Actress nomination for Williams. PINES starred Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper, Eva Mendes, Rose Byrne and Ray Liotta. Patricof's first feature with Fleck and Boden, HALF NELSON, garnered significant awards attention, highlighted by Spirit and Gotham Award victories as well as an Academy Award nomination for Ryan Gosling. Other films that Patricof has produced include LITTLE BIRDS, from writer/director Elgin James, and SUGAR, the sophomore feature from Ryan Fleck & Anna Boden.
Patricof rounds out his slate with documentary films including THE OFFSEASON, a documentary for HBO on NBA MVP Kevin Durant, as well as three documentaries for ESPN’s acclaimed 30 for 30 series: STRAIGHT OUTTA LA, directed by Ice Cube, THE DAY THE SERIES STOPPED, directed by Ryan Fleck, and SOLE MAN, directed by Jon Weinbach & Dan Marks. He also produced LEVITATED MASS, the latest from documentary filmmaker, Doug Pray.
He lives with his wife and two daughters in Los Angeles.

Katie McNeill, a native North Carolinian and a UNC-Chapel Hill alumna, serves as the Vice President of Development & Production at Electric City Entertainment. Under the Electric City banner, she has co-produced Focus Features' THE ZOOKEEPER’S WIFE, directed by Niki Caro and starring Jessica Chastain; A24’s MISSISSIPPI GRIND, directed by Ryan Fleck & Anna Boden and starring Ryan Reynolds and Ben Mendelsohn; and LEVITATED MASS, a documentary film from director Doug Pray.
McNeill produced THE OFFSEASON: KEVIN DURANT, a documentary for HBO, as well as ESPN 30 for 30 documentaries SOLE MAN and THE DAY THE SERIES STOPPED, for which she received a Sports Emmy Award in 2015.
Earlier in her career, she served as an Associate Producer on Derek Cianfrance’s THE PLACE BEYOND THE PINES, starring Bradley Cooper and Ryan Gosling, as well as Sundance Lab project, LITTLE BIRDS, from writer/director Elgin James.

Katie Thal was born and raised in Los Angeles and is a Boston University alumna. Prior to joining Electric City as Manager of Development, she worked at Netflix in Original Series and in Drama Programming at HBO.
